FREE TRAVEL INSURANCE - "ACCESS AMERICA CRUISE PROTECTION PLAN"

Book any Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas sailing and receive FREE Travel Insurance through our Access America "Cruise Protection Plan".

 

100% of cruise line cancellation penalties / fees(up to the full cost of your cruise*) if you have to cancel your cruise or if your cruise is interrupted due to a covered reason such as:

 

-Serious injury or any unforeseen serious medical condition to you, a traveling companion or family member as defined in the Description of Coverage;
- Your death or the death of a family member or traveling companion;
- You or a traveling companion being directly involved in a traffic accident while en route to a departure;

- Jury duty, quarantine or any other covered reason.

 

* Maximum Cancellation / Interruption coverage is $20,000.00 per passenger.

 

$500 - Travel Delay / “Missed Connection”  ($150 maximum per day for travel expenses to “catch up” with your cruise if missed for any covered reason.)

 

$1000 - Lost, stolen or damaged baggage and / or personal effects covered by the policy ($500.00 maximum for certain personal effects)

 

$200 - Baggage Delay (more than 24 hours)

 

$15,000 - Emergency Medical Expenses incurred during cruise ($500 max for covered dental expenses)

Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion - This program does not cover losses or expenses if they result from any injury occurring prior to and including the effective date of this insurance and any illness occurring during the 120 days prior to and including the effective date of this insurance if the insured has a) seen a doctor for medical diagnosis or treatment of this condition or if symptoms exist that would cause a prudent person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment; or b) required prescribed drugs or medicine unless the illness remains controlled without any change in the required prescription.  In order to have the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion waived, you must be medically able to travel on the Balance Due Date and have not filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a pre-existing illness within 120 days of the effective date of this insurance.  Additional requirements are set forth in the Policy.
